The service

The Italian system to the aid of victims of trafficking is considered as an example to follow at international level, due to the centrality of the victim and the constant attention to the respect of his rights.

The entire system is divided into the emersion and first assistance programs provided for by Article 13 of Law 228/2003 and on the programs of assistance and social integration envisaged by Article 18 of Legislative Decree 286/1998.
